4/8: Bird Walk for Beginners @ Westville Dam Recreation Area
It's time to kick the snow off your boots and get out for an early spring walk! We will meet in The Bird Store parking lot @ 7:00 am sharp and will carpool to The Westville Dam Recreation Area in Southbridge. We will bird along the access road and along the rivers edge. It is still early in the season, but, with spring migration just around the corner this is a good way to learn some basic bird identification skills with an introduction to their songs. Please bring your binoculars, decent shoes or boots and a field guide. We politely ask that there are NO CELL PHONES PLEASE.
