HONEY 2LB GRIMES

Our honey is local honey and is brought to us fresh weekly by Donald Grimes of Grimes apiary in Brookfield. The honey is not pasteurized and is ideal for allergy sufferers. You will also notice that our honey changes color with the season. This is caused by the different varieties of flowers the bees have available to them in the different seasons. For example, here in Sturbridge the fall honey tends to be darker due to the abundance of Golden rod available to the bees in the fall.
